I have an aluminum unibody (late 2008) MacBook. My MacBook had been giving me the spinning rainbow circle so much that I knew I had to do something. I bought this Crucial memory for $40. It was shipped to me in 7 days for free. So far, I love it. Installation was easy. My Mac is noticeably faster. It loads quicker. It shuts down quicker. Couldn't resist the <$100 for a 2GB to 4GB upgrade in a Apple MacBook MC207LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop. Upgrade was perfect, less than 10 minutes from power off, upgrade and power on. Those ADOBE products really like the RAM upgrade so it's worth every penny.
Not one glitch and no problems since whatsoever.

I installed 4GB of Crucial RAM on my 15" MacBook Pro and all seems to work well. It's been installed for about four weeks now and there haven't been any problems - a good sign given that I've had computers crash on me before after installing new RAM. I followed Apple's memory upgrade instructions and when I started the computer back up, it recognized all 4GB without issue. I am a not a computer expert but I was able to install the software easily. The computer booted on the first try and the machine is much faster on photo processing. I would caution anyone taking the Macbook Pro apart that the case screws are not all the same length and it is very important to put them back in the correct spot. Excellent product and easy to use and install.
