Good flash drive; size and speed are great, (though I haven't yet seen the speeds they claim). Downs are:
A) the drive is a bit fat for laptop ports; sometimes there's no room to plug it in next to another port in use.
B) No lanyard for the cap. The rubber point on the cap can be raised, and a string tied on, but it would have been nice if this had been included.
Pluses are:
a) Speed and Size
b) Reliability (I bought two knockoffs of another brand before purchasing this one).
c) Nice lanyard for the drive itself
d) Short USB extension cable included to help minimize problem A above.

This is a great USB flash memory drive with large storage capacity and good speed. The protective shell is very sturdy and does a great job protecting the insides. I have purchased several models of these Corsair Voyagers. The protective cap fell off and disappeared from the first 8Gig Voyager very soon after I got it. I sent Corsair an e-mail and they sent me a new cap. The cap on the 32Gig Corsair Voyager I purchased this past month seems to stay on much better. I think Corsair got wise to the problem and changed the inside surface of the cap to increase friction. The cap is no longer a problem.Customer Review: Just what I needed

I couldn't be happier with this little device. I bought it to back up my music drive in case of a crash and it transferred just under 4gb in less than 10 minutes! The rubber casing is excellent -- the only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars is the fact that the rubber tip cover slides off a little too easily and probably will be lost someday. The included encryption software was just superfluous to me so I deleted it to save space. If I want an encrypted drive I'll buy another one of these as the price is right -- I remember when these thumb drives cost an arm and a leg. I purchased an 8 GB Corsair drive in 2007. It has the thick rubber coating. It worked quite well for over a year. I did not do a lot of heavy use, but maybe three times a month I used it. Speed was adequate it seemed. Some USB slots it would not fit into because the rubber is too thick. I carried it in my pocket all the time.
After about 14 months it suddenly stopped working. Dead. The computer tells me to reformat it, but I have chosen not to destroy the data in case some day I figure out how to get it off.
I will purchase another brand to replace it.

Bought this item in January of 2009. It is now the month of March. When i bought this thumb drive, it was the cheapest on with free DLV. A couple weeks later, I get an email of products I may be interested in. I see another thumb drive from SD 8GB for $20 and freee shipping. I felt down that an 8GB can be alot cheaper. That is why i rated this item 4/5 stars. It would be 5 stars if the price was really good. Works fine, rubber coat. Price is still the same and could be alot cheaper. I have never heard of this branch which i would of thought I got a good deal. But a Great product
