I'll keep this short:
I opened the box (which was left on my doorstep in the middle of winter) and followed standard procedure to install toner. When tilting it back and forth to spread the toner around it sounded like there were dry chunks or pellets of sorts as it made a rattling sound when I moved it. I installed it anyways and so far have been getting fine prints. I am unsure of its life, however. Only time will tell if this specific cartridge I received is good.
Goes to show, that with a product like this selling in the hundreds, there will always be orders without great quality.

I thought I had made a big mistake when I compared the old print cartrige to the new. The new was much smaller. Well with a little closer inspection I found that a had pulled out the entire print head. This is good because you want to slide the wire cleaner a couple of times before installing the new toner cartrige. Every thing went back together fine. Whew... Printer has been working great and, for the little I seem to be printing, I hope to have a few decades of printing to go on this high yield cartridge. What do you need to know? Shipping speed was so so. Price is amazing. Now go buy it.Customer Review: This cartridge is NOT made by Brother OEM cartridge

This is NOT a genuine Brother cartridge. It is a Brother "COMPATIBLE" made by other manufacture. I would think the presentation of product manufacture of this page is somewhat misleading (Genuie Brother Cartridge picture and other product by Brother). Especially, when a search of brother TN360 in Amazon presnted other 3rd party manufacture cleary label their product as compitible.
The good news is Amazon's return process is easy. The bad news is return credit will requird apporx 3 weeks to process. I will post whether I have received credit in about 3 weeks.

I've printed nearly 3000 pages with this toner already, and my printer claims it's only half gone. I couldn't be happier with how well it works as well as the price. I usually don't buy OEM cartridges, but this one is a reasonable price, and I got the printer at such a steal of a deal(and it's a wonderful printer) that I feel good about buying the OEM cartridge.
I haven't tried the tape over the end trick like others have suggested, but I will once the toner says it's gone. I wish I would've known about that trick when my printer was on its starter cartridge.

I ordered 3 as I always do for office which always last 2-3 months each.
This came in in brown Laser Toner box, not normal Brother packaging so knew
immed this was a "fake" even though nothing on Amazon.com detail page indicated it was not an original. Decided to try and not complain yet. Well 1 month later - toner is gone, dry - completely out! All 3 of them! Lodged complaint with Amazon & Tiger. This is not a Brother original. Definately cheaper but certainly yields only about half the copies of original Brother cartridge. You get what you pay for!
