When I first ordered this toner cartridge from Amazon sent by USPS it was sent back to the vendor "unable to be delivered" to my home address after several weeks. I was disappointed since I had previously recieved many items from Amazon on time and at my address, with no issues. I did receive my money back from Amazon since the item was returned. YESTERDAY I reordered the toner cartridge from Amazon. I received it TODAY after specifying that it be mailed by USPS (3-5 days, etc. - to take advantage of the free mailing cost by USPS). THANK YOU AMAZON! My confidence in Amazon has been restored! My advice is this: if you do not receive your order in a timely manner write to your vendor and to Amazon. I purchased the Brother printer and cartridge to print "our" church bulletin. After "struggling" with an inkjet printer ... this little laser printer and cartridge are truly an "answer to prayer". The bulletins are printed quickly and look like they were printed by a much larger printer. They are clear and clean and easy for our senior congregation to read. Plus the cartridge is good for a minimum of 1500 copies. I won't need to purchase a replacement for many months. At the time I purchased, this was the best price available locally or on the web.
If you have a Brother printer that can use the TN360 unit, this is the best option based on quality. Don't bother with the smaller TN330 unit. Not worth it.
The TN360 CAN reach the number of copies they manufacturer claims if you keep the printed page to 5-10%. If you have a lot of graphics, gray shaded areas (striped reports) you will get far less than the stated abilities. If you are producing mostly letters, spreadsheets, etc, you will be satisfied with this toner. Alternative store based equivalents have NOT been equal to this real item.
We have several of the brother 2140 printers in the office for light duty printing jobs and prefer this toner.

I was expecting to get OEM Brother Cartridges. It should have said Brother "compatible" cartridges in the item short description(name) if it was a remanufacture, not hidden further down in the technical details that I didn't notice.
I did not want remanufactured cartridges. I am very disappointed that Amazon does not monitor people that sell in the marketplace better. I have not used any of them yet because my machines are not empty yet. They look good, and may be fine, but I wanted the backing of a company like Brother if I had a problem with them. I did not want to deal with some no-name company if I have a problem with them. I am very disappointed with the product I received.

Customer Review: Does not deliver as many copies as it claims

I have now purchased this item at least three times. I counted the number of pages since the last purchase and got no more than about 1800 pages out of it, most of them with relatively little ink coverage. When the "toner" light illuminates on my HL-2170W printer (which probably also deserves a poor rating in this respect) and stays on, there is nothing you can do to keep printing, regardless of the fact that the previous sheet showed no signs of being insufficiently dark. Rather than let you run out of toner, the machine is clearly programmed to simply shut off at a certain point. That, to me, is a very anti-consumer design. I am not getting much more out of this supposedly "high yield" cartridge than from a normal one.
