Some people complain about everything. As previous reviewers suggest, keep in mind your usage versus the 5% standard rating. If you like to print web pages, other graphics, etc., you will use up the toner in a hurry. That goes for any printer. I got 4500 + copies from my first cartridge, which was mostly text and some graphics. I am very pleased.Customer Review: I must be the odd one here

I bought my HL-1870N printer which came with one of these TN-560 cartridges, and I got 6200 pages out of it according to the network administration function. It tooks several years. I had bought a spare toner cartridge in anticipation with the printer, and it sat on a shelf for years. I fully expect it to last another couple of years.Customer Review: Don't do it

I purchased this product January 13th. My charge card was charged the full purchase price within minutes. Still 2/9/4 and no produce. I have emailed American Solutions twice so far and not even a confirmation response let alone and answer.
