I rec'd the wrong item. Ordered the HIGH YIELD for considerably more money and rec'd the normal yield. Have contacted Amazon.com MULTIPLE times and they do not even respond to my request for help. You can't go wrong when you purchase the manufacturers brand of toner. Go ahead and check prices locally and you'll be all ove the 'Buy' button. These toner packs change simply in a few seconds and you're off and running again. They are well protected for shipping and so easy to unpack and change ~ it's almost effortless!!Customer Review: can't beat the price

I had been getting my old cartridges refilled and they were not lasting long at all and the print quality was pretty lousy. So I decided to look and see what amazon had to offer and I'm glad i did. the price was almost half the price of the office supply stores and the cartridge has authentic quality. 2nd cartridge I bought since owning my machine leaked all over a fax I received. Maybe it is just a one time defect??? I buy only new, not remanufactured or used. I will try one more order and if any more problems I will not buy from Amazon.com anymore. Just checking prices on Amazon for replace toner cartridges for the
Brother HL-4040CN color laser printer. The high yield 4 pack is priced
at $379, while buying the 4 high yields (CMYK) separately totals aprox.
$337, thus saving $42 when buying separately. What gives? Hmmmmmmmmm
