This is the second cartridge I have purchased for my Brother All-in-One MFC9840 that is having blow-out problems meaning that it starts leaking toner powder all over the place after being installed a few days. I have been ordering these cartridges from Amazon for a while but it is only recently that I have been having this problem. The TN-115BK that I ordered from Amazon that was delivered from Vivamart did not come anywhere close to printing 5000 pages. I now think this was a refilled cartridge. I would like to recommend that Amazon somehow make it obvious when a listed product is really new or is refilled/new. I have never had this trouble when using a new cartridge that was truly a Brother cartridge.Customer Review: 3rd I have bought and works great

It least for little over than 5000 pages and works great. Never had a problem and I am very happy with this product. On amazon it is cheaper than in the store. I do around 150 copies a week and once a month I have to do around 1000 black and white copies at once and printer and the cartilage never gave me any problems. I am very happy with this product. I ordered the TN-115 high yield black cartridge, and inside the TN-115 labelled box was a TN-110 black cartridge--not the high yield cartridge I'd paid for, needless to say. I didn't send it back, but that's the last Brother high-yield cartridge I'll order online. If I'm going to get the cheaper low-yield cartridge anyway, I'll just pay the lower price.Customer Review: NOT high yield in reality

The toner cartridge says it is high yield, but the actual page count was around 1500 before "toner life end" message appeared and would not let me print. Bought the Brother (OEM) to avoid issues, but this cartridge was just as troublesome (leaked) as replacement cartridges I have used in other printers. Why spend the premium if it is not better??
