I cannot actually rate the cartridge itself because I have not yet inserted it into my all-in-one machine. However, I can rate the service from Amazon and the Supplier as easy and very fast. Additionally, the price was fantastic....$30 less than if I had gone to the local office supply store. I will definitely order this way in the future! This is a toner cartridge for my Brother HL2040. Yes, these printers are cheap, and, yes, the toner cartridges are cheap, but they both contain great value. The printouts are crisp, and the printer and its accessories always work well and reliably. Best of all, the drivers are not bundled with 200 Mb of useless software, as the drivers for other manufacturers are.Customer Review: Clean and crisp at first, then dirty after 1000 copies (give or take)

When I first received this product, I was happy with the quality and the cost savings. However the quality deteriorated in less than one year and with approximately 1000 copies. The print quality is horrible now, so I'll have to bite the bullet and replace this product sooner that I had expected. I did not even get the product.
I had to wait a month to file a complaint.Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get a response.
This is utter nonsense.
You took money out of my credit card.
Shame on you for acting so slow.

I bought this in replacement of my empty origional cartilage. I was hesitant to buy a referbished one, but the price was pretty good so I decided to try it. It came with instructions on how to replace the it. So far it is pretty good, I hope it will last as long as a normal one would...Maybe I'll report # of pages when it is empty. Shipping was fast.
