I was surprised to find such a quality product. The plastic film sticks very well to my Lumix DMC-ZS3 and it is a perfect fit.
It is a bit tricky to put the protector onto the camera screen because one teensy speck of dust will cause a bubble, and you cannot get the speck off without washing the sheet. Even though I used great care, two specks got under the plastic and formed two bubbles, I don't know why the bubbles are so much bigger than the specks. I felt I probably did the best I could since the static sucked the dust specks to the plastic sheet. I left the two small bubbles and they don't really bother me. Of course, if you are Type A, obsessive-compulsive, or a perfectionist, they would drive you nuts and you would probably wash the sheet and go into a sterilize room to re-apply the plastic, and you would probably be able to do a much better job than me.
The directions are clear and helpful, and it does say you can wash and reuse the sheet--which is a plus.
I just wish that for this price, you should get two protectors. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

I am rough on my electronics. My last camera got an annoying scratch on the display. So, I thought I would try this protector for my new Lumix.
Maybe I am lucky or something but mine went on easily, no bubbles. I lifted it up just to see what it would do and it came up cleanly and easily. I put it back on again, again no problems, and it lined up exactly with the screen.
The protector is clear and rubbery, there is no distortion of the image that I can detect. The protector dents for a second if you press your fingernail into it so it is pretty tough.
It definitely protects the screen nicely. I just got back from a hiking vacation in Trinidad and Tobago. I had my camera, without a camera case, in the pocket of my trousers much of the time. The display remained well protected during the entire time, and there are no marks on the protector either.
I got the shiny one. Maybe next time I will try the matte finish.
Bottom line for me: easy, simple peace of mind, work well.

I had purchased an iPod Touch and had heard stories of how easily its screen is cracked, and saw the best buy had screen protectors. I was skeptical but I put it on my gadget and since then it has been dropped, sat on, and who knows what and it hasn't got a scratch on it. So when I was buying my new camera for Christmas, I wanted to ensure it had the same protection. So I purchased this product, and it was easily applied to my camera. It didn't hinder the view of my screen at all. So with my camera in my pocket, I entered a mall, went shopping, saw a picture opportunity and reached for my camera. Its screen was cracked. Now, yes, that speaks volumes about how shoddy Panasonic made the screen, but it also says a lot about the product I paid money for to prevent this very thing from happening. In short, there is no reason to purchase this product if it doesn't do what it was intended. I bought this camera because I carefully read a lot of reviews before.
It was the right choice.Easy to use right out of the box, the wide angle is great and so is the 12x optical zoom by Leica.
Autofocus also works fine.
The menu goes on logically and I could make first shots without reading the manual, using intelligent mode.
Reading the manual opens the way to a lot of more features and settings. Again, using SNC presets was an easy way to have good settings for any situation, just the simple way.
I suggest using at least a 8Gb card (need it for motion picture)and having a second stand by battery (that I purchased with de camera).
Timing for delivery was also ok, considering that I live in Paraguay. Price is ok and was better than local offers.

I have used many screen protectors in the past on cameras and PDA's but I've never seen one that was as clear and easy to put on as this one! It's more rigid than the ones I use on my Palm so consequently, it's easier to install. It is perfectly clear and I can't even tell it's on my camera at all. I bought it for my new Panasonic ZS3 camera which has a gorgeous 3" LCD display. I made up my mind that I would not use this screen protector if it wasn't completely invisible because I was not willing to compromise my beautiful LCD screen on my new camera. I would rather take my chances on scratching it! Well, I put the protector on the screen before I even took a picture and it is still on it and will stay on it forever. I love it! Buy it - you won't be sorry.
