Customer Review: Finally found a strap I love...but it is probably a matter of taste

I have been through probably four different camera straps and never found one I really liked. I just never liked having a camera hanging down in front of my chest and resting on my breastbone. This strap goes over the shoulder so that the camera rest comformtably by your side. This may not be for everyone though. You may feel the camera is less in control when dangling at your side. You absolutely do have to be more aware of your surroundings or you will be slamming the camera into walls and or people if you are just pushing through the world around you. I tend to swing the camera around and have it sit on my front hip and rest my hand on it to keep it steady. This is largely going to be a matter of personal taste and preference though. Once you are on location to shoot the convenience of being able to bring the camera up to my eye quickly and then drop it back down is something I find to be very convenient and appealing. It also has great storage compartments for a cell phone and extra memory cards. I actually use those as they were intended. I have two camera bodies and have since bought a second one for my other body. I personally recommend this strap.
