I received a refurbished 8310 from ATT and the trackball barely moved. Instead of sending it back and waiting for a new one, I wanted to find a replacement trackball. Most sites had them for $20 - $60. Then I found this one on Amazon. I figured it was only $10 in case I got burned. But WirelessFinest came through! Lost your trackball? Have your phone insured? I did. And I do. It would have cost me $90 for my insurance claim and they probably would have just given me a new phone! Saw this online, purchased it, received it quickly and voila! I put it in and works fabulously! Nothing to it. I ordered a replacement trackball and chrome ring for wife's Blackberry. What I got was a 1 MB SD card????????? I sent an e-mail to the seller and they responded ship it back to them and they would refund my money. I informed them I wanted the trackball and chrome ring replacement and they never responded back. It was only like $3 but come on a shaved ape could have packaged this correctly.Customer Review: Work just fine

I replaced my old trackball/joystick mainly because the ring around it was pealing and it looked ugly. Since I was also replacing the lens I replaced the trackball. Super easy to install. Just make sure it is very clean underneath. I got some stuff on it after I installed and it wasn't working so well, but I simply blew on it and it all came out and it works perfectly. This is a life saver! I thought I would have to buy a new blackberry phone when the ring around my trackball broke and lost the ball. I went online to see if I could buy one and found this. When I received it, I just put it right in place. My phone works perfectly with it! Im glad I found it at this cheap price!! I recommend this if you have lost ur trackball for your blackberry phone!
