I use this product daily in the gym and it does what it is supposed to. You can make it very snug on you arm and the band still is able to flex with your arm. Very handy. The only detraction is the hole at the bottom of the iPod case for turning the "Key Lock" switch on and off. The opening itself is very small, but if you have smaller fingers I would imagine it would be easier. Overall a good product.Customer Review: love it.

great product from the get-go. it was delivered just as i was stepping out for a run, so i ripped open the package and strapped it on. the materials and construction seem durable and it's a great price. i have 15.5" arms and it fits comfortably, albeit snugly -- i have it as big as it goes, so if your arms are much larger than 16" i'd recommend something else. i'm very happy with it, though.Customer Review: Recommended for WOMEN or really small guys

Going along with what over reviewers have said, this product is top notch. It's thin and lightweight, comfortable, well-constructed, and the click wheel is still perfectly easy to use under the screen protector. I use this case for working out and running on treadmill and it is excellent. Im dumb and have a bigger ipod than the case is intended for but it still fits :) and works fine. some have said that the nylon strap may rip because of the metal piece on it. just be careful and dont yank on it like crazy and the strap wont rip. looks very nice and easy on and off. excellent product.
