Customer Review: Best looking band on the market
Summary: 4 Stars

Pros:
Extremely light weight.
No slippage.
Holds the nano securely whether wore right side up or up side down.
Best style by far.

Cons:
I could see how some people may have a problem with the lengh being too short.(Maybe Belkin just wants you to lose some weight)
The wheel is a little difficult to control, but is still effective.
The small velcro patch almost fell completly off after only 15 uses. I used some industrial strengh rubber cement and haven't had a problem since. If it does come off again i will probably get some broad to sew in on for me.

I use my Nike+ plus with it and have no problems nor worries that the Nano will fall out. The clear plastic produces enough friction when you insert the Nano to press and hold on to front of the Nano. Combine that with the pressure produced against your arm and i dont think that the Nano will even slightly slip out.

Overall: the best out there and for $10 it is well worth it.

Customer Review: Works perfectly
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this. For Christmas, I got my wife a 3rd gen Nano and she liked my arm band so much that she wanted the same one. So, I ordered this again. The fact that we have bought it twice means that it is just what we need. I use it when running and mowing the lawn. My wife uses it while running. The only very, very minor complaint is what others talked about: the plastic covering sometimes "sticks" to the Nano as well as makes it a tiny bit difficult to spin the wheel. However, it just takes some getting used to and prodding. Plus, I can't spin the wheel too well anyway because I'm moving. I would not let that stop you from buying it, though. Finally, you may want to go to a store to try it out first in case the arm band is too big or too small. My wife has very small arms and it works but if her arms were any smaller, it would be too loose. I'm not a big guy and it fits me very well, but if I lifted weights a ton, it may be a bit too snug.

Customer Review: Belkin Armband
Summary: 3 Stars

Just received the armband today and took it out for a 10K run.
Until recently I have used the original apple ipod armband which had a downside - the Velcro fastener - which used to open up during exercise.

Well, the good news about the Belkin Armband is that it is very comfortable, sits tight on your arm, doesn't scratch or rub against your armpit. The iPod is easy to operate through the plastic cover and the touch dial responds well through it.

The downside was that when I got home, I discovered that the back of my iPod was covered with sweat, i.e. the neoprene is far from being water tight. But I guess if you routinely take your iPod out of the armband when you finish your exercise and wipe it off, it should be ok.

Another thing is the key pocket in which my key (a standard one) doesn't seem to fit, but then again, I bought this for my iPod, not for my apartment key.

All in all I'm happy with my acquisition.

Customer Review: Great armband, perfect for the gym
Summary: 4 Stars

This is a great armband. I use it all the time for the gym and I have not had a problem with moisture damaging my iPod nano. The iPod fits snuggly on the armband and it is kept secure; no risk that it will fall out. The armband fits well around my arm but I can see how it may not fit other people's arms since it is not a big armband.

The plastic keeps the iPod's screen safe from scartches, although I have noticed some moisture collecting around the plastic. This is rare.

I do have to be careful with the metal part where the Velcro loops around. It sometimes gets caught and it can start to tear the Velcro off.

There is also a place to put a key (or a dollar) in the armband. Overall, this is a great armband and I highly recommend it.

Customer Review: Idiotic Design
Summary: 1 Stars

I want some of whatever the Belkin engineers are smoking, because this thing is IDIOTICALLY designed. Belkin owes me $150 bucks to buy a new ipod nano...

...basically, the armband backing is a really porous, stretchy material. So when you go running (like you do with an armband) and sweat, the sweat soaks through the back and onto the ipod. The front is a completely non-porous plastic, so it doesn't let the sweat evaporate out. Consequently, your ipod nano drowns in sweat after running for about 20 minutes; a week of running later, it starts making cracking noises and is completely unresponsive to button presses. Kinda sucks

The apple engineers were able to get this right, but apparently the Belkin guys never tested the product in the field.

Oh, and a key pocket? Really? As if running shorts haven't had those since the 80's?
