the band is too big for my arm, so i had to resize it by cutting out a portion of the band and resewing it together so that the velcro components would meet. the plastic cover protecting the ipod obscures the readability and also makes navigating it impossible without removing the ipod from the band which snugly fits and is difficult to exhume.Customer Review: Armband is too small!!

My arms aren't huge by any means and the armband still won't fit around my upper arm without cutting off circulation. It's a nicely designed case, but completely useless for me so it gets 1 star. Since the armband is part of the case, I can't swap out the armband for something bigger either. I'm sure I'm not the only one this is affecting.Customer Review: Better than I expected!

This armband was better than I had originally thought it would be. I had an Apple Ipod armband that did the job but unfastened from time to time when I working out. I'm not a bulky guy so I did not have a problem with it stretching to fit my bicep. The look of the band is black and very sleek and so far is of solid construction.Customer Review: Little Snug but practical

The sports armband was as advertised, but a little snug for my large biceps. It held the iPod nano 3G very tightly, and with vigorous strenuous activities, kept its position well.
The small key pouch can be used to hold your headphone cord, if no slack is what you desire. A very durable, sleek and compact product.

I purchased the arm band a few months ago so I could use my iPod while I work out. I am not a big person but I am at the edge of the size range. If you don't have skinny arms you are going to be disappointed. I also have a lot of trouble keeping it in place. Otherwise, I think it is constructed well and works as described.
