This was a good deal! I love the color. I was looking for protection for my pretty new iPod classic and I found this. Belkin quality and style and my colors! It allows you to plug in the bottom charge and Synch plug as well as being able to use the earphone/speaker jack and the "hold" slide. There is a clear vinyl screen cover, but the wheel is open so you can use it. Much better than other cases that have a cover on the wheel too. They don't work that well. This closes to protect completely so I can carry it without mishap in my bulging bag.
The closure is a little thicker than I wanted, but I can't think of how it would be better because it is secure. If you are not using the the screen you can just leave it closed and it is protected. If you are watching a video, you either hold in your hand to keep it open and so you can see it or get one of those cases that prop it up. I have one of those, but it gives me fits so I use this one. I use this mostly for audio books, and I might play some solitaire at the same time when I am on a plane. Sometimes I wish it had a little kick-stand for video, but it would still have to be close to my face so I end up holding it anyway.
