Hooked up to my TV, this cable doesn't work very well at full HD resolution. A shorter cable worked fine, so maybe it's the length that's the problem, or maybe the quality of the cable. Probably the length, as I haven't had problems with belkin in the past. I have it running at 1328x720 instead, which I am ok with, as it makes everything easier to read from the couch. It looks better in this resolution, but still occasionally shows some faint horizontal stripes moving up the screen on dark scenes. Wish I could have gone with HDMI, but the old little nettop PC I'm using only has onboard graphics, and no expansion slots.Customer Review: JUNK. Buyer beware.

After spending an hour on the phone with my Compaq tech support, I wasn't able to get my laptop to view on my Sony 52" flat screen TV. Reason: cable is junk. Doesn't work on the TV or on my desktop monitor.
Knowing that the set up should be a no brainer, I didn't keep my original box or the receipt. And of course, the Amazon merchant that sold it to me won't take it back BECAUSE of that. BEFORE YOU BUY THIS you might want to read the merchant's return policy. It stinks. Buy from another merchant and don't use this Belkin. They should have taken this back with no questions asked.

Got what I ordered in a very timely fashion. Cable work great to connect my PC's All-in-Wonder video card to my Sony HDTV with no apparent loss of video or audio quality. Only problem is that the Sony,(this may be true of all TVs with "VGA PC inputs which is why I mention it as a caution to prospective buyers) when in the "PC" input mode does not permit changing the video format so, for example, cannot expand the picture to fill the screen. I connected my laptop to my ceiling projector using this cable, and it works flawlessly. I was worried that I would get some distortion since the cable is so long, but I don't see any difference in picture quality if I use this versus a short cable.
It's pretty much a very long standard VGA cable. I can't see any use for it if you have a normal-sized PC display, since you probably won't be sitting 25 feet away, but if you have a very large screen or a projector this cable is great.

The cable works pretty well. The picture is for the most part noise free. And having 25 feet of cable means getting to be anywhere in the room I want while working off of the big screen. The only problem is that from time to time a burst of interference pops up and that can be a bit annoying when you are watching a movie or trying to read something. I'm not sure what is causing it, but I'm betting the cords not as well shielded from outside fields as it says it is.
