I travel at least once a month and take a few electronic devices with me - netbook, laptop (work), cell phone, iphone, and blackberry. This surge simplys my power needs combined with a iGO USB cable and various tips + usb to mini usb cable. The rotating plug makes install a breeze in tight places. I looked at a simular Staples brand one - but it lacked the rotating plug. I recommend this for travelers!Customer Review: Good but...

This product does what its supposed to except its supposed to have a "swivel" feature so you can rotate it to a desired position. There is a release button and it never released. I dont know if it was just my unit, or a flaw with them all but it would have been helpful if it would have done what it said it would. Otherwise, it functions to charge things with the usb and mini usb with no problems.Customer Review: First one was a dud

The one I received from Amazon came with very finicky USB ports; it would decide when it wanted to work. Belkin's warranty was trouble-free, they didn't ask for any proof so long as I shipped back the defective unit. Problem is though, I bought it from Amazon to save money. Turns out I spent more by shipping the defective unit back plus the cost of the item, than if I had bought it at a store.Customer Review: Works, yes. Mini, no.

This charger and surge-suppressor works as advertised, but it's not 'mini'. You wouldn't be able to put it in your pocket. I bought it to charge my iPod Touch when I go on trips and don't want to have to take my laptop. It also came with a mini-USB cable that I can use to charge my cell phone. This is great because I can leave my A/C cell phone charger at home, offsetting the size of this unit.Customer Review: So close, but not quite

I so wanted to love this product but it just didn't live up. I took it on a trip for Thanksgiving and quickly became frustrated with it. I plugged in my husbands and my iphones into the two usb ports and the phones started power cycling! The "protected" light also stopped working, which makes me nervous. I am returning it. It's just not worth it. It's also bigger than I thought it would be.
