Customer Review: ATTENTION WOMEN!

Even though I had read some of the 1-3 stars review about many women complaining that the armband didn't fit them, I decided to purchase it anyway because I'm not absurdly thin nor am I big or even chubby. WRONG DECISION! My arms are not in any way fat but they aren't overly thin either however this arm band didn't fit my arm and kept sliding down. I would recommend this armband to men only or heavier women only. I let my boyfriend keep it and it fit great on him, overall its a nice sports sleeve, not the best but it does the job if you manage to get it to fit your arm that is. It does fit the Ipod Nano 2gen you just have to make sure you've fitted it correctly, my boyfriend said it's really comfortable and he hasn't had any trouble accessing the click-wheel or any other button.Customer Review: Not for the real runner

I could not believe it when I saw this in my "recommended for you" file! I bought one of these about 18 months ago and I am done with it.
Now I run 5 days a week, usually for an hour or more. 30 to 50 miles a week. I use the arm band during warm weather when I don't wear a jacket. About 6 months ago it started slipping a bit and I would have to tighten it a time or two during a run. The velcro is just too cheap. Since the weather got warm here this spring, it's almost useless. It won't stay on at all. Nothing beats running a race carrying your ipod!
This is not for the serious runner, or for anyone who has the expectation of it lasting for more than a year. There has got to be something better out there! And I'm going to find it!

Well I was a dummy and made an assumption: that my wannabe ipod would fit properly in this... it doesn't (it fits, but the "windows" don't line up so I can't access the controls and part of the screen is blocked). So I have been unable to use it.
However, I like the neoprene (is that what it's called? I think so...) material that was used and the arm band looks like it's made of the same material as the armband I have to carry my ID card in, which is pretty comfy.
Did not like the little plastic protector that it comes with to cover your screen. What a mess that thing was, i couldn't get it properly in place and then when i did, it wouldn't stay there. It should just be a part of the case, not something you stick on there.

1. The strap included with this sleeve is an absolute piece of junk. It is poorly designed, made of flimsy material and cannot be adjusted to smaller arms. I bought this for my wife, who is an average size woman and nothing you do with the thing will make it fit her arm. It is way too long and the velcro cannot be adjusted properly. Totally useless!
2. The sceen protector leaves hundreds of tiny air bubbles after installation no matter how careful you are. I have no idea why other reviewer would say it doesn't leave air bubbles.
3. The sleeve itself is of good quality and design. Nice to the touch.
I bought it based on the positive reviews but they were wrong for the most part. I'm sorry I've wasted my money.

I've been using this product for quite a while now and I'm very happy with it. I leave the silicon sleeve on all the time and the only place that the nano has been marred is on the back where the armband inserts. Just a small amount of rubbing but nothing terrible.
I, like so many others, must have thrown away the screen protector. I try to keep the nano in a separate location in my bag from anything too sharp anyway, so it hasn't been a big deal.
The only negative I have is that the armband was way too big for me and I'm not a tiny person. Fortunately, as a slightly crafty person, I was able to cut it and reattach the bit of velcro to the new end.
I would definitely recommend this product - for the price you can't beat it.
