Belkin has done it again. Talk about inventing a better mouse trap.
The list of features is impressive:
1. the tunebud opening is 2nm larger than the standard earbud cover; this reduces the time it takes to put them onto the earbuds from 25 minutes to 20 minutes
2. the tunebud material is a triple-polymerase blend of faux foams that have been modeled after the Chilean foam beetle. Foam beetle beds have been used for hundreds of years in the Andes Mountains and they're known for both their warm feeling and ability to convey sounds very well.
3. each tunebud's seam is strengthened with kevlar "hairs" that stitch both sides together, creating a tear-proof product that is warrantied for 1.
When you insert an 'un-socked' earbud into your ear, it feels like cold, impersonal technology.
The little sock softens the insertion experience; it's like waking up in a warm bed next to a puppy.
The color variety adds a little pizazz to an otherwise drab accessory.
