I've been using this gel pad for about a year. Not too long after I got it, I noticed that the middle part of it was developing a bubble/wrinkle and eventually split at the seam after about 9 months. I can only guess this was because I would occasionally rest my elbow on it as I was leaning forward to read the screen.
I plan to replace it with this same product.

I ordered this product and never recieved it. THEN, when I called to find out what happened I was given the runaround and I had to call at LEAST 15 time-no exaaggeration. Office Depot told me to call Amazon told me to call Ups told me to call Office Depot and so on.
I STILL never recieved my order and I at least got my money back after over a month of bull.

I used this for 1 week only. The gel at the edges where you rest your wrist just went in - kind of punctured. On the 8th day the cover tore and the cushion/gel started coming out. This is of extremely poor quality and mine seemed fake. expected more my Belkin. Amazon however is sending me a replacement. Started seeping gel on one side within a week of use because I was resting my elbow on it. The side where I wasn't resting my elbow was perfectly fine. As long as you don't rest your elbow on it, it should last a long time. But I wish they had made it a little sturdier so that I don't have to constantly remind myself not to put my elbow on it.Customer Review: Chemical fumes, like stong glue or paint

I bought this belkin wrist pad from Frys 3 weeks ago and the fumes that come off this have still not gone away! Small children who's faces are much closer to the keyboard will inhale much more. The odor is a strong chemical smell, like glue or paint, which will give me a head ache after only a few minutes sitting near it. Don't buy this!
