I used this power outlet on a recent business trip. I am sure when the hotel maid saw there were two usb cords and two power cords plugged into the on-desk single outlet she must have done a double take. But it made plugging in all those electronic must-haves I take along on my excursions simple and quick. No more looking behind furniture, under lamp tables, or worse, putting my electronics far away in the bathroom, for a charge up. I highly recommend this product.Customer Review: Handy Dandy!

This is a neat little accessory for traveling. Some have complained about the size but that is not a fair complaint! The thing had three outlets and could not have been made any smaller. The plug in swivels around completely which is really nice. I have had these that the weight of the cords would pull it out of the wall but not this one. Being able to recharge usb devices without turning on the computer is also a great addition.

This product is great for what it is...a three-outlet surge protector with 2 USB ports. But the unit has two shortcomings. The first is the need to press a hidden and not-too-obvious button on the back prior to rotating the prongs. If you don't push the button first, you risk damaging the unit. The second is for anyone to try to use the middle or outer outlet without supporting the back of the strip prior to insertion (once again, this can damage the unit).Customer Review: Not quite what I expected, but good.

I really liked the idea of this product and purchased it soon after it was released. My first impression, upon receiving it, was that it was bigger than expected (so check the dimensions to make sure it is what you are envisioning). It hangs just a little clumsily from the wall. Its size was enough that I wasn't overly happy with it in a place like the kitchen, as intended. But we have found plenty of uses for it over time and it has earned its keep.Customer Review: Crap

Overall, I think this is a very, very crappy product.
pros:
-converts 1 plug into 3
-Nothing else
cons:
-usb ports didn't work (wouldn't charge my ipod or anything else)
-It's supposed to swivel around to change the angle, but it was really hard to turn and jammed up.
-The overall design was pretty crappy too. It was GIGANTIC!
-Very hard to plug things in and take them out.
