I was happy to find this hub because it was the right size for the space I had on my desk, and I liked that it had ports in both the front and back. However, the power cord is so short that it did not reach from the hub on my computer desk to the power strip on the floor directly below. I have had no problems with this USB Hub. The powercord really is about 3 feet long but I had no problems connecting it to the powerstrip by my desk. If you do not like bright blue LEDs, then this product is not for you, but I find the light useful when walking through the room at night and finding the light switch.Customer Review: Great product

This is a great USB 2.0 hub. I've used other USB hubs in the past that were labeled as "2.0" but they failed to charge my iPod. This device does the job very well. Data transfer is fast. I keep this hub in a drawer, so it's great that it has lights on it to illuminates the drawer when the room is dark.Customer Review: Don't buy (unless your outlet's 2 inches from hub)

If I hadn't opened the packages and it didn't cost about as much to return the two of these that I bought, I'd ship these right back.
The power cord on this unit is just next to useless. Unless you've got an outlet within half an arm's reach from where you want to place this hub, avoid it.

Ordered the product and they contacted me to let me know that it was out of stock. They offered to cancel my order and I agreed. They were very friendly and good at communicating and even offered a discount. Would do business with them again. Be warned if you are trying to buy with a deadline though.
