I have bought four and I'll buy more. I spend about 10 months of the year in Africa and have given one to a friend there and will give away many more. I have a residence in Boston and in NY and I keep one at each. They are very light and easy to travel with but I like to have one on my desk waiting for me.Customer Review: Poor Quality

I pride myself in keeping my possessions in very good condition which is why I purchased this item in the first place. I, like many others, frequently use my laptop and wanted to protect it from the heat. Not more than two months after purchasing this cooler my dog comes up to me carrying a fan blade in her mouth. It wasn't long before two more blades fell off. The stand (also the opening for USB storage) was flimsy and kept falling closed at any slight movement, in time I'm sure major damage would have been done to the wiring. Not to mention how uncomfortable it felt digging into my legs, I own a netbook so it couldn't have been the weight of my computer. Sure it looks great with the wave allowing air to pass through but completely dissatisfied with the product.Customer Review: Broke After 3 Months and HORRIBLE Exchange Policy

I have used this product for 3 months and it's already broken. To make matters worse, Belkin does not have an agreement with Best Buy, where I bought it, so instead of getting an instant replacement (as it is still under warranty), I now have to PAY to ship them the broken product and wait until it arrives at their factory before they will ship me a new one. In the meantime, I can't use my laptop as much as I used to, because it will quickly heat. I have no other recourse, as Belkin will not offer refunds. This is a cheap piece of junk. The fan housing is thin, flexible plastic that causes the fan to rub on it and creates noise with the slightest weight on it. The fold up prop doesn't stay up and is very flimsy. It has suddenly collaped several times and scared the doo out me. The USB cord is very short. The only thing that makes this fan better than other cheap fans is that it doesn't have a cheap on/off switch that will break like most of the other available fans on the market.
