Purchased for my mom for Christmas and it was a winner. Got it in the Dark Gray / Light Blue. It is very nice looking, feminine but professional. Impressive laptop protection in the bag walls. Personally, I would have wanted it to be about 2 inches smaller in every direction to fit a smaller laptop. Overall a quality product.
