These ties are just what I expected from the photo and description. They are 8" velcro ties with a little tag on the end so you can grasp them easily. The colors are identical to the product photo, and the quality is high.
I use these for managing all the wires and cords in my workspace and they do a great job. The only improvement I might suggest is make the tag white so I can write notes on it with a sharpie, like PR for Printer or ST for Stereo. Other than that they are perfect.

But my intention was using these to tie and untie frequently used cables (power cords, headphones, etc), but these ties lack a tightening mechanism which you must try to do by yourself before applying the velcro part... These beats the purpose of having a quick method of wrapping and tying cables... Might work for those occasions where you simply want to leave a cable tied up for a long time...Customer Review: right for the money

Cheap, and get the job done. I had previously attempted to use my own velcro strips (the kind that you can buy a spool of several feet at a time), but putting them together created a strip too thick for use with my cables. These do the job perfectly, and the different colors (while not the best looking, and slightly tacky) do help with the organizing and labeling.Customer Review: Just the ticket

As a musician, one lives his life in a sea of wire. On the stage, under your feet, wire everywhere. The use of these wire ties not only keeps things orderly, but identifiable. I use specific colors for specific areas of my rig. I also use them to keep wires off the floor by fastening them to my keyboard stand. I bought this product to organize my audio cables for easier transport. I need the strap to tie to the cable that it doesn't get lost trips after trips. This product is great for 1/4' audio cable since I was able to insert the black hoop through the connector. However, the XLR connector is too large and therefore, I need to find other products.
