The cord is well worth the price. I've seen 50 ft cords at more than twice the price for a cat5e. It's pretty reliable because I connect my xbox 360 to it and I've only lost the connection twice once due to the server and not the connection.Customer Review: Can't believe it is so cheap

This is why I love Amazon. This ethernet cable is under $15 for a 50ft cable. Try doing that at Best Buy, or any of the other big box stores. The cable itself is a good cable, no problems. It does what an ethernet cable is suppose to do.
