I have the HP tablet pc at just over 12 inches, and this bag is perfect for it. There is still a bit of wiggle room, but my bag has never moved around inside because of the lining. It's so lightweight when empty, has lots of storage room and pockets, padded and lined inside to protect my laptop, and is stylish. I looked for weeks before deciding on this one and am glad that I did. My husband or I can carry this bag this it's gender neutral. It is bulky and the strap is pretty uncomfortable. It has plenty of room for just about everything you would want or need, I run a dog rescue so I have to bring a huge rescue file with me where ever I go and there was plenty of room. However I found the bag to be somewhat bulky, heavy and uncomfortable. If shipping things back were not so difficult I would have done that.
I have now had it for just about a month and have ordered a new bag. It will be here Monday.

I sent it back because it did not fit my needs and I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund! I need some assistance in getting a refund. The package label stated that the info on the shipping label was the correct place to send it back for a refund. It has been far too long and I would like to see my refund show up or I will be a disgruntled customer.
Please help.

Customer Review: Great bag, but are the zippers made of pot metal?

In fairness, I've had my bag for over a year and in general it has worn quite well.
The only problem I've had with it is that the main zipper stopped zipping. After a few weeks of trying to tighten it, the zipper clasp simply fell apart.
I didn't quite expect the zipper to weaken like that. Perhaps it was overpacked, or the zipper happened to be one defective piece out of many.
Even so, I'd buy another one.

I saw this bag on other websites but stumbled accross it on Amazon for much cheaper than anywhere else. I decided to order it for my new MacBook Pro, and I was extremely happy when I received it. Its very sturdy and well made. There is plenty of storage space an zipper pockets inside an out but it is not as bulky as other laptop bags. The thin strap is also a life saver, without all of the bulky padding. I would totally recomend this bag.
