Customer Review: Comfortable option

This bag is the most comfortable that I've had. It fits my 15" HP laptop along with the cord and adaptor, over-ear headphones, portable Seagate external hard drive and case, and kensington laptop cord-lock. I especially like the velvet lined laptop compartment; there is no chance of the surface getting scratched. There is even a zippered compartment in the back to store the shoulder strap when you want to use the handles instead. Additionally, there is a slot in the front in which to access your headphones without removing your mp3 or ipod from the case. An important note: this bag isn't the dark expresso brown as shown in the picture. It's more of a chocolate brown, and the blue is a bit more grey as well.Customer Review: Painful mistake.

I purchased this messenger bag because it seemed to be the most economical choice. It was inexpensive, compact, and seemed to have loads of space/compartments to hold necessities.
When it came in the mail, I was sorely disappointed --literally.
The strap for the bag has virtually no padding at all, making it painful to actually carry it.
Not only that, but it's very "snug" (as I read another reviewer write), meaning that it is difficult to actually fit anything other than the laptop itself.
In retrospect, it would have been much better to get something slightly more, that would spare my shoulders, my arms, and my back the pain that this bag has caused.

This bag was wonderful. Absolutely everything I asked for. It fit everything I needed for my laptop - the cords, the portable hard drive, etc. However, with everything inside, there was no room for anything else. So if you are looking for a laptop bag that will carry your laptop and maybe a folder or notepad, this is not a good choice for you.
I was able to put in the following items in this bag:
- my Macbook
- the cords that came along with my Macbook
- classic iPod & its recharge chord, earphones
- car charger for iPod
- charger for my phone
- car charger for my MP3 player
- portable drive & the USB port that came with it

I bought this laptop bag to house my 15" Fujitsu laptop. I also purchased the Belkin laptop sleeve but that is for another review.
I am very pleased with this messenger style bag. It is comfortable on the shoulder and falls just at my hip. The laptop fits snugly inside so there isn't any jostling around and the extra carrying case for cords and batteries is an added bonus. I take my laptop to and from work and home and on extended trips and have been very happy packing what I need for work in this bag.
I liked the stylish colors, appreciated that there is a slot for your MP3 player and headphones. Cell phone goes in the inside bag also.

After searching the local Best Buy and not finding anything that met all of my kids requiremnts (a 15 yr old boy and a 13 yr old girl). We tried them all on for fit, hard cases, soft cases, leather bags, fabric bags..you name it...I think we spent days looking for the right solution. The bag had to fit 15" HP laptops and of course needed to have hot looks for them great price for me. This bag eneded up being the perfect solution. We purchased one in the chocolate/tourmaline and one in the black/cabernet. The bags work great, are tougher and more durable than I expected and best of all are great looking with a great price. Belkin you have a winner!!
