I am pleasantly surprised at how long the batteries (two AAA's) last for general movie viewing. I watched approximately 14 movies over a period of several weeks before the batteries finaly ran down. Near the end of the battery life cycle the sound gets weaker and weaker-some kind of low battery tone would be a plus. Sound qaulity is very good and stereo separation adds to the movie experience. I have moderate to severe hearing loss and this headset has been a big help. I believe someone with severe to profound hearing loss would not be helped by this headset.Customer Review: Lo encontre por casualidad

Estaba buscando entre muchos otros productos, mucho mas caros, les digo que es un muy buen producto, se escucha perfectamente dentro de una habitación promedio, y mi bebe ahora puede dormis tranquila son que la despierte, lo recomiendo para padres con bebes pequeños.
It was looking for between many other products, much more expensive, I say to yours that it is a very good product, is perfectly listened to within a room average, and my it drinks now can sleep calm are that it wakes up it, I recommend it for parents with small babies.

the product is fairly well made, and it worked for me because i have a receiver directly hooked up to the television and speakers. the range is not all the great, and it would get fuzzy at about 7-8 feet away. i cranked it up for my grandpa, and he seemed to get all the sounds needed. there are different adapters for different devices. i tried the microphone, and it didnt work that well at all, and there was mad feedback. if youre going to use it, make sure its not in a large room and you can directly plug it into the device you need the sound from.Customer Review: TV ears

This is a great product. My husband does not watch as much TV as I do. When I am in the family room on the sofa watching TV he is in the room behind me, usually on the computer. Now I just use the headphones and he does not have to use ear plugs.
Also, I am an idiot at using electronics. This was soooo easy. I followed the instructions and was using the product immediately. As I sit right in front of the TV it works beautifully. And they are comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone. The sound and controls are easy to use.

When I first started using the TV listener, it worked reasonably well but did have a pronounced swishing sound in the background. After a few weeks, however, I could hear more static than sound. I have tested the cable connections to make sure they were tight, have fiddled with the relative volume adjustments on the headsets and TV, and tried repositioning the transmitter. All without much success. I still use it in a pinch, but only when necessary. Perhaps the batteries, which are almost brand new, need replacing. Overall, I am not happy.
