Customer Review: BEWARE a Different Product Now - Not the same anymore as picture

BEWARE this product must have been sold out and now replaced with junk. I ordered 3 each over the past 1 month. The 1st order was great, a good value. [My review below is based on my 1st purchase.]
The 2nd I bought 1 week later is junk and completely different to the description, and not the same as the picture shows. So it was returned with the Amazon suggestion that it was pulled from the wrong bin.
So I ordered another one on Dec. 30, 2010. Darn it, I received another wrong case. Not even close to the picture shown. The leather is not the same as earlier one, doesn't feel nor look like leather. The stitching is wobbly & crooked. My i-Touch doesn't sit in straight. The case is crooked. It has a huge plastic clip on the back which sometimes doesn't even clip properly. I don't have confidence in the clip that it will hold. The backing is not even close to the same as my 1st order. The first one had a soft smooth backing, the 2nd & 3rd order feels like cloth over cardboard. It's not Premium Leather anymore. Just to let you know, this time you may not be getting what is advertised. I gave the 1st purchase 5 Stars. And now deducted 4 Stars because its not even worth One Dollar.
Review on 1st Purchase:
I bought this Flip case for my i-Touch 4th Generation. I was hoping it would be large
enough to fit both my Pod and the Silicone TU case. If not then the case was priced low enough to gamble.
But the fit was to tight to use with the Silicone Skin. Oh, it goes in but one has to push hard. So I tried the i-Touch without the skin. I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn't fit like a glove but it won't fall out either. Both my wife & I tried to shake the pod out of the case, it won't, so it wasn't too loose after all. Actually this fits better than some other cases I tried out. I also had to send back a case advertised for 4th Generation. This Flip case is fantastic.
The Description is wrong. Says it fits 2nd Generation only. It should also say 3rd Generation since the 2nd & 3rd are of identical dimensions. 4.3" H x 2.4" W x .33" Deep.
It can very well fit a 1st Gen. also. 4.3' H x 2.4" W (same as above) x .31" Deep I'm sure the pod won't fall out because the 4th Gen. which is even less Deep .28" Deep, holds the pod nicely. [4th Gen dimensions. 4.4" H x 2.3" W x .28" Deep] Your talking 1/2 mm difference between 1st & 2nd/3rd Gen. and 1.3 mm between a 4th and a 2nd/3rd Gen. difference. The material stretch in itself is that minor. Even wood contracts that amount with temperature change including concrete.
The Volume control on 4th Gen is unobstructed, although one must use the right hand fingers. The sleep/on/off button on top is also unobstructed, can be used with either hand.
The Rear camera is covered yet a hole punch would solve that problem. I'm not a camera fanatic so I'll leave it as is. And room for my Apple Ear-buds jack.
There is room for the dock connector; a little jockeying of the case my be required.
The right side of the case allows holding a 4" Stylus. That's a nice bonus.
Shipping is lightning speed. Ordered late Thursday night 11th and received in less than 2 days Saturday afternoon. I ordered more a dozen item in the past 2 months, this Vendor takes the trophy in speed & caring not to keep customers waiting.
In Summary no one can go wrong ordering this case, the cost is low enough to give it to a friend if your not satisfied. I'm satisfied 100% and after reading some say "its not leather" let me inform you, there all types and grades of leather. Besides who cares, your getting a bargain and a clean looking, nicely stitched (inside & out) case for next to nothing.
