The screen protector itself is, not surprisingly, a little tricky to install. Make sure the iPod's screen is crystal-clear clean before beginning. (Of course, that's also true when applying any kind of protector, not just this one.) I recently got a Touch and didn't use it at all before getting the screen protector, because I didn't want to have fingerprints and oils on the screen before protecting it. The application was tricky, just because you have to worry about even specks of dust if you want to prevent bubbles or smudges being preserved forever underneath the protector, but in the end it worked fine. In fact, my wife liked the effect too, so I ordered another one for her Touch.
Her Touch is a couple of years old and it did already have a screen protector. But even though she takes good care of it, she also uses it a lot, and a couple years in and out of her purse had left it pretty cruddy, so when the second protector arrived, I spent quite a lot of time cleaning her iPod before I was ready to apply the protector to it. Unfortunately, there was a small smudge that I must have missed, right smack-dab in the center of the screen. Once the film had been applied, the smudge could not be removed. It was minor and she said she could live with it, but I was still disappointed. The price on these protectors is really very reasonable, but not so low that I'm inclined to order another one, especially since the problem might be with the iPod's screen and not the protector at all.
Shipped promptly, arrived quickly. I'm not a fan of USPS since they don't let you follow the package's progress, but as long as it arrives I guess that's the most important thing.
So, overall, really cool product, just be ultra-careful and fastidious when applying it.
