It would be nice to get instructions for your product. It makes it so much easier for the consumer to REALLY appreciate a product. I previously had very expensive "Monster" brand FM transmitter that was so awful I took it back. (As a side note, don't buy anything with the Monster name, is simply overpriced junk.)
I bought a car that didn't have an ipod jack, and thought I would try this transmitter since it got such high reviews. The transmitter works GREAT! I highly recommend it. My only problem is I would have preferred it had been made a bit sturdier, you can tell this would easily break if you aren't careful with it.
Great bang for the buck.

This isn't a review that i have but I have a quick question...I just ordered this the other day and i'm a little confused now on what they mean by 4th generation ipod? because i have the 4th generation nano and i thought that's what they meant when they said 4th generation ipod...until i read the rest closely and seen that it said 2nd generation nano. As with all FM transmitters, the sound quality is not perfect. But when compared to other, more expensive car adapters, you get a good deal for this product. I myself had problems playing songs with extra bass or treble. Personally I don't use it as a player anymore but instead for charging my ipod in the car and serves a nice dock and I just attach a cassette adapter.
Oh and the remote only worked for literally a second.

Like a lot of the other reviewers, part of the problem with this device is that it comes with absolutely no instructions. The device itself isn't hard to figure out, it's pretty straight forward... but there was one aspect of it that might have led to some of the bad reviews about this product:
- It has both a iPod/iPhone connector and a 3.5mm audio connector. My first impression was to plug both in together; the Audio connector for, well, audio... and the iPod connector to charge it and enable the remote control use.
When both connectors are connected, the audio quality is HORRIBLE... there is a loud high pitched hum, lots of static and the slightest movement of the device seemed to completely cut out the audio...
Upset by this, I started to take my iPod Touch out of the cradle, and the first thing I disconnected was the 3.5mm audio connector and I paused for a moment as the audio continued to play and in PERFECT quality...
So at this moment, I realized the iPod connector is an all-in-one connector... charges, enables the remote control use, and outputs audio to the cradle. Using only the iPod connector, the audio quality is superb and there is absolutely no static or humming at all.
So if you have this product and you are experiencing a hum or static or just poor audio quality; try disconnecting the 3.5mm audio connector and just using the iPod connector.
