As usual these come with great Bose quality sound, but that's where it ends. They come with three different sizes of tips but none stay in my ear. I use these while lifting weights. I can't imagine how they could be used doing any higher impact activity like running. They work great if you're just sitting still. The cable tends to twist making the neck strap clips less effective. I wouldn't recommend these for any type of active life style.
