Not a good product. Very little built in storage (was able to upload less than 20 photos). Picture quality is poor. User interface is clunky. It appears that there is no way to adjust the time. All in all, very disappointing. I highly encourage anyone in the market for a digital frame to pay up for better quality. You will be happy that you did.Customer Review: Absolutely Awful

This frame is very poor quality; froze up on me constantly and then wouldn't display the photos I saved to the frame. The instructions are written in very poor English, the buttons are finicky, just overall terrible. The Axion AXN-9702 is one of four frames that I have purchased over the past year and it is by far the best choice. Based on the average pictures frames the resolution on the Axion was clear and sharp, the colors are acurate and the sound is above average while the style was also above average. The first time I turned this on, I thought that all the other reviews were going to be proven wrong. Nope. After a few minutes, the frame locked up and the only way to fix it was to unplug it. This frame works but not consistently. I recommend spending the extra few dollars and buying something name brand.Customer Review: Ruined Mother's Day!!!

Was setting this up for my mom for Mother's day, and found it was missing the detachable kickstand that made the frame stand up. What a total waste of my time; now I have to go to local store and buy a new digital frame asap since this one was missing a part. Never again will I buy anything from Axion.
