i got this for a christmas gift for my parents. they love it & take it everywhere with them! they love to show off their pictures to people and we put music on it that plays while the pictures scroll. pictures go from black and white to color, and do some other really cool things when they appear. you can also go to thumbnails and look at all your pics to view & go to a certain one. all i gotta say is so far its an A+ product!Customer Review: Poor resolution, technical glitches

This product was supposed to be given as a gift. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The resolution is really low, and pictures are not clear even after adjusting the brightness and contrast. The copy function doesn't seem to work - I tried copying pictures both from USB stick and SD card. It says copied, but when I remove the card, it doesn't display the picture. I wouldn't recommend this one.Customer Review: You get what you pay for

I have to start with this was a very inexpensive frame and, as usual, you get what you pay for. I also have a much more expensive one and when putting these two side by side the picture quality difference is obvious.
But, for the price it's not that bad. The pixels are somewhat visible when you're close but if it's on a bookcase, as we have it, then it looks ok.

Pleasantly surprised with this product. The menu is easy to use with good quality display. I love the Clock and Alarm functions. Have replaced my alarm clock with this digital frame. It looks nice next to my bed. I wish it would have a video function, however, I am very happy with this product and would recommend to others looking to buy a simple and easy to use frame.Customer Review: Bad luck ou bad product?

I've bought the AXN-9702 Axion Digital Frame during my vacations in USA to regard my wife. Arriving in Brazil, the product worked no more than 5 minutes and then blacked out. There's no international warranty from Axion and the mail cost to deliver the product to Amazon.com is unaffordable.
Now I'll have to pay the bill or trashout this junk!!!
