This frame is great for the price. I think most are way overpriced, this is too, but at least it was acceptable to me for a present. The clear border make it look great too, most others have a HUGE dark frame that is very unflattering. Was a little surprised how different the widescreen is, had to crop and resize photos the way I wanted them, which was very easy to do in my photo editor program. Got all the pictures we wanted on an old 8MB SD card we had lying around and we are very happy with it!Customer Review: Great Gift

I bought this gift for my grandparents, who do not own a computer or even a digital camera! The thought was that me and all our other family members could send them pictures on scan disk then they could plug them in! I was relieved to find out it was a very simple to use and they loved it! We should them how to put the scan disk in and see the pictures. They were mesmorized! They said this was the best gift they have ever recieved! I had high hopes for this product until I read the users manual. The documentation was poor- inadequate instruction and not written by a native English speaker. Photos loaded in an arbitrary order, ignoring the list on my USB drive, and the sort function was absent. Sound was adequate, with only one speaker. Although there seemed to be the option of cycling only once through the photos, it either didn't work or the instructions were incorrect,Customer Review: Does Not Work

I was very excited when I seen this digital frame, but unfortunately, after receiving it, exchanging it, and ultimately returning the second one, I realized it is not a good product. Biggest problem, when you insert the media card to display the slide show, it gets stuck. I had to constantly stop it, or unpower it, and restart it and still does not work. Once the picture freezes, it sutomatically shuts off.
Very disappointed.

This was inexpensive and I was leery of what I was going to get. I was pleasantly surprised. It is very stylish and easy to use right our of the box. Buy a SD card so you can load pictures, or thumbdrive or connect directly to your computer.
I don't think you need to go to a super high resolution on a picture frame. You just want something to show lots of photos. The resolution is good and it will also play music.
