Great product, it does everything advertised, you can't beat it for the price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the 1st one that I ordered did not work at all from the begining so, I was very disappointed but, Amazon shipped another one out almost immediately so, that almost made up for it and the second one works awesome. I put a 1GB SD card in it with 500 pictures and 50 songs on it and select Photo-Music and let it go all day long on my desk at work so, yes it does repeat unlike what a couple of people said in the reviews that I read before I purchased the Frame. I got this frame for free, so I can't complain about the price. Now that I have it, I know that I wouldn't buy it.
The remote is cheaply constructed and the battery doesn't sit well in it. To make it work I have to not only squeeze the right button, but squeeze the battery compartment to ensure a contact. Even then, it doesn't always work.
Occasionally the frame forgets that I have a USB drive in it and starts to cycle through the stock photos it came with. It took me a long time to figure out turning it off an on again doesn't fix anything, but removing the power cable and plugging it back in does.

Asked again:"Will you be so kind to tell me exactly which formats does it play? There are more than 30 video formats...
Textual Answer:"All excerpt VCD's." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson
Third email: Are u sure you want to work in customer service? I'm planning not to buy the equipment due to your help.
2 weeks and still no answer...

My wife bought me one of these digital frames (Westinghouse) at BB, for nearly $140. Now, compare that to this one, and I could've purchased 3 for the price of 1.
The software is not incredibly intuitive, but it's good, and I would recommend picking up a cheap 1GB card ($9), since the on board memory is very limited. Sound is good, nice control volume, and the pictures look very nice. If you get tired of looking at pictures, you can turn the frame into a clock.
The remote is compact, and it was a great price, so overall...great deal!

I exchanged it for Kodak's P720. When it comes to digital photo frames, you definitely get what you pay for. The Kodak frame didn't impress me much as far as picture quality goes, but at least it does what it says it will do. More than can be said for the Axion, which doesn't even tell you what resolution it supports, and refuses to play all the MP3's you give it. Also, forget using the internal memory on the frame, unless you only want one song and 15 photos. I tried to use it with a thumb drive loaded with songs and photos.
