My wife got this for a company award, otherwise I will not have chance to play with it since I will not buy such an poor thing.
The resolution is 640x220, too low to display a desirable photo. You have to resize your photos down to this resolution for fast load. And it can not recognize the orientation of the picture even the picture has full EXIF information. It does have a internal memory so store 15 pictures according to the Spec, but an external card is necessary for a good slidshow.
The calendar function is weak. It can not save any event in any date, but only display the calendar. I haven't tried the Alarm function yet, just hope it is OK.
All in all, it is not worth $90. $1x might be a reasonable price.

Product came perfectly packaged, instructions were easy to read and follow, and does everything that all the other higher priced models do, (as long as you're not trying to get it to match your living room motiff)and a little bit more. Would recommend to friend.Customer Review: Really poor quality

When I first popped my camera card into this thing, I was really hoping it would look good. That's not the case. Everything looks pixelated with weird lines.
My mother hates the plastic wood snap on piece, so that's crap. And the frame behind it isn't anything fantastic either.
If you put photos on the internal memory, you can't access them from the main menu. They act as a screen saver.
I haven't tried the MP3 player on it, but if the quality of the picture is that bad, I'm not betting anything on the quality of the speakers.

It's good, but needs to have basic memory and video clips capabilities.Perhaps no need for a calendar function.

i got this for a christmas gift for my parents. they love it & take it everywhere with them! they love to show off their pictures to people and we put music on it that plays while the pictures scroll. pictures go from black and white to color, and do some other really cool things when they appear. you can also go to thumbnails and look at all your pics to view & go to a certain one. all i gotta say is so far its an A+ product!
