This was the least expensive shredder that accepted 8 inch paper. The unit works alright, but is quite noisy and has a low capacity. I have been putting only one sheet in at a time. This shredder is awesome. though it only shreds 8 sheets at a time,It does a wonderful job of cross-shredding.It cannot shred envelops or anything with glue on it, so if you have envelopes with your address on it that you'd like to destroy, you gonna have to find another way to get rid of those.Customer Review: Very Good Budget Shredder

For a budget shredder, this is tough to beat. My one complaint is that when I look at the shredded scraps of paper, I occasionally see confidential information that I was trying to discard. Good shredder that does what it is supposed to, managed to jam it a couple times, but truth be told, I probably had more sheets in it than it wanted. Either way it does its job well, the only complaint I have is that it does seem to over heat if you are having a long shredding session.
