I've had this for several weeks and love it because it's cute, it doesn't take up much space and it's doing the job as intended. Yes, you have to fold or tear your larger papers to fit the feed, but I've had no problems shredding credit cards or slippery receipts. It has a backout button to unclog it if you get overzealous. The peace of mind for the price can't be beat. Good item to gift. Great for home use.Customer Review: Nice Shredder

This is a great little shredder for average use. I like the fact that it is very small and relatively inexpensive when compared to other shredders. I've used it for about a month now to shred junk mail and other documents and haven't had any problems. I did shred an expired driver's license that didn't quite make it all the way through but I just had to run it in reverse and then push it through again.Customer Review: very good

This desk top sheadder gets the job done.Just don't insert more than 4 sheets at one time.It SAYS CROOS-CUT but it's notit's straight micro cut,even the photo on the box was different from the pieces of paper i had. Overall ifyou don't havemassive amouts of paper this is the machine you and it's easy to use. It also comes with a brush and a paper tool just incase paper gets stuck inbetween the bladesCustomer Review: very good product!

The Aurora Desktop style shredder is a very good product. I had been looking for a shredder that was small enough instead of the bulky, office style shredders that are commonly sold. Of course, the Aurora desktop shredder is for small jobs, perfect for bill shredding and a few other pieces of mail. I recommend this product if what you are looking for is a shredder for shredding a few pages per day.Customer Review: Love this little shredder!

I love this shredder! It does exactly what it's supposed to do! I've certainly put it to the test and it didn't balk at the hour-long sorting/shredding job I did. For the disparaging complaints from some folks, I would remind you that this is a desk-top unit. It costs $30.00. It was never meant to perform like the shredders we have at work. I definitely recommend this handy little shredder!
