This is a nice radio for those who are interested in the sound, but not much else. Very similar to the Roady. Good easy-to-read display, although basic. Easy to change channels while driving. What I like best about it is that it's easy to take with you. Put it in your pocket and you're good to go. I got a small camera case to keep it in good working order. This was a good upgrade from the previous radio I had, also an Audiovox, but a lot larger. A good and inexpensive radio. If I lost it or it stopped working, I would get another one.Customer Review: Great No-frills Unit

My Roady XT died after 4 years of use, and I didn't want to spend much more than $50 for an XM unit. Got this one and self-installation was easy. Didn't even bother checking out the FM modulation function because I have an aux cord and my radio has an aux jack. Sound is perfect, with quality similar to my Roady. Activation was completed within 20 minutes. Let's see how this holds up in the longer haul. If you want a no-frills unit at a low price, this is it.Customer Review: Better alternatives

I use the XM radio in my car & my home. It's less expensive than the directv upgrade to get the extra stations. I had to purchse this radio because the previous Audiovox audio output stopped working & it wasn't cost effective to fix it.
I would have purchased another less expensive make, but had the docks that only fit Audiovox. The less expensive makes are just as good. Some are half the price.

I bought one of these for my wife, it worked for about a week before it died, always displaying an antenna error message. (I tested her antenna with my radio and it was fine.) The second one also only lasted a week before it died, always displaying "loading" and emitting a high pitched whine. It's also hot to the touch. Got this for a fraction of what best buy wanted for it, wasn't a fan of the FM tuner, so i went and got the cords/modulator that plugs into my OEM car antenna and ran the cords to this unit and it works great, soun quality is 100% clear, and i can listen to my fav shows like Opie and Anthony and the comedy channels on those long drives. Controls are very sleek and easy enough to use.
