I ordered this DVD tower for our family room and am very happy with it. It is very sturdy, looks way more expensive than it really is, and performs as anticipated. It does come apart into two halves for shipping/storage, which is fine; just don't try to pick the entire thing up from the top. : )Customer Review: This product is terrible!

The tower is very easy to assemble but it will not stand upright when full of dvds. On a few occasions I came home to find the tower had tipped over and spilled my dvd collection all over the floor. One day I simpily had enough and threw it into the trash.Customer Review: Good product for the price

We got this for my 20 year old college student who needed an inexpensive, space-saving holder for his DVD's. It works great. He put it together except for the balls at the top, which we hammered on. I bought 2 units. I'm very glad I found this design, it's the only design that looks good and is functional.
*The wooden balls are designed to be force fit, and require superman strength to attach, be patient.

Bought this for my daughter who has a ton of dvds. This has a small footprint and is very sturdy. My only complaint is that it was difficult to put the balls on the top of unit. The rest of the contruction was very easy.
