A good set of [2] stands for satellite size speakers. Much cheaper than you'd get at your local Best Buy / Circuit City etc.
Stable - the bases are nice and heavy.
Hides speaker cable/wires - you thread them through the tubing of the stands
Easy to setup - just need screwdrivers.
Caveats:
-As mentioned by others, these are dark grey in colour. I read previous reviews before I ordered them.
-I don't know how compatible it is with all speaker models. The supplied screws did fit perfectly in my Samsung speakers.
-The metal/paint finish isn't the highest quality. It's a sort of rough cast-iron look.

The color in the picture matches my TV bezel and TV stand PERFECTLY. However, the item that actually ships is black, with a rough matte finish. If I had known this, I would have saved $6 and ordered the one that says black in the description. There cannot be much of a noticeable or appreciable difference.
Additionally, they were extremely difficult to attach to the speakers. This appears to be common. The attachment options are anything but standard. Be prepared to go to the hardware store and try to develop a makeshift option.
Additionally, the feet are very large, and awkward to position.

I was very impressed when I opened the box to find that the build quality on these stands. They were easy to set up and I had my speakers on them in 10 minutes. They hide the wires wonderfully and now my surround sound sounds much better than before, because I can have my speakers placed where they are supposed to be. I was a little disappointed that they weren't silver colored like the picture, but I will probably get a new sound system in the future which will probably will be black anyway, so in the long run it was kind of good that the stands are black. You can't beat this price for life long speaker stands.Customer Review: Well build, nice color and good weight

The reviews where satisfactory to me, so I went and bought a set. Exactly what I expected!!! Although I new that my Logitech Z5500 satellite speakers would not fit properly on it I use my own set up to install them. One large zip tie did the job. If you have the Bose Single cube It works like a charm (had to test it...).
Hope this helps, There made solid and adjustable in height. Plaine perfect to me. I gave them 4 stars because of the limited type of satellite speakers than can hook up to it with included hardware. but if all that was included in the package the price would have been much higher.
Customer Review: Perfect solution for mounting my surround sound speakers

Before buying two sets of these stands, I had purchased two different types of speaker wall/ceiling mounts. The small surround sound speakers from my Samsung home theater system would not attach securely to either type of wall/ceiling mounts. They kept coming off not matter what I did to attach them. I'm glad I tried the mounts before I installed them on my walls. The speakers are now securely mounted on the Atlantic stands. I am pleased. They take up a lot more space than wall mounts, but the speakers are firmly attached and I didn't have to drill holes in my dry wall to insert the mounting hardware.
