These speaker stands work perfectly for small surround sound home theater speakers. They are completely height and swivel adjustable for directing the sound where you want it. They are basically microphone stands with a speaker mount adapter that allows the speaker cable/wire to run down through the stand for a neater appearance. Assembly is easy, the only complaint would be that the kit contains screws, but no bolts. So if you don't have threaded holes in the back of your speakers and don't want to use the included 2 sided tape for mounting - get some flat head screws and bolts that fit your speaker hang recesses- the kit does include washers. I purchased one pair of stands in black, and one pair in titanium - they both look great.Customer Review: Awesome speaker stands!

These stands are exactly the type I have been looking for but couldn't find at a reasonable price. Anything comparable were at least twice what I paid for them. They are very sturdy--great quality--easy assembly--and look great. I have them for my back Yamaha surround speakers and am seriously considering getting a pair for my front speakers.
A plus is the speaker wire can be hidden within the stands. You can feed the wire through the pole to have a neat appearing speaker & stand.
The bottom has a triangle type piece which balances the stand nicely.
If you are looking for quality stands at an affordable price, these are the stands for you. You won't be disappointed!!

When I first seen these speaker stands, I saw a photo of them with Z-5500 satellite speakers mounted. As I just purchased that speaker system, thats what sold me. But once I got the stands and went to mount the 5500 speakers to them, I found inadequate hardware (screws, nuts, etc.)to properly mount them securely. There was only one bolt each that fit snugly enough to just barely hold them on, and are very wobbly, but it works for now. It would have been nice if the author of that one pic of the joining of the two items mentioned "additional hardware sold seperately".
I will add the stands themselves are pretty sturdy and easily adjustable and they have a fairly heavy base to prevent most accidental knock overs or tipping.

What a great price! I bought these for my Orb Audio speakers and they look and work great.
They come with a small square platform on the top. My Orbs come with their own small table-top stand. So, I just drilled four holes in the the platform and the Orb stand and bolted them together with small bolts. I didn't want to use adhesive because I wanted something much more secure. And it was worth the effort.
The floor stands are very sturdy, and they look nice, too.
I was careful not to over-tighten the height adjustments after reading about a couple bad experiences in other reviews. I encountered no problems at all.
I would highly recommend these stands even at double the price.

These are really terrific little stands! Nicely constructed, sturdy enough that my cats won't knock them over and they look great.
Absolutely no complaints possible on these, especially at $23 a pair! Nothing at all cheezy about them. FAR better quality than I expected for the price. In fact, I searched the 'net and found some online stores charging as much as $99 a pair for these exact stands (plus shipping)!
I needed two sets so I even got free shipping! $46 for four stands! Considering most stands go for $70-100 for ONE PAIR (just try and find stands for less than $39 a pair and you'll either find they're ugly as sin, out of stock or the shipping is $20+) you can see this is an awesome deal!
