Ok, so compare to other shelving units, this one was a third of the price. Also a third of the quality. It does the job, but if you have children, I do not recommend it. It's a little wabbley and not too sturdy. It looks nice though and beats what we were using before... boxes!!Customer Review: Utterly useless, the wood bows and the shelves fall.

I don't need to say more than that. The side wood is not straight, it bows outward and the pegs are too short, so the shelves literally fall off the pegs and your DVDs go crashing to the floor. This thing is terrible and a waste of money, don't buy it.Customer Review: cheap cheap cheap

I too thought this would make a good dvd rack. Half-way through the H's in my alphabatiation of our collection the side bowed out and everything came crashing down.
Do yourself a big favor, buy something a lot better and sturdier.

The shelf itself was really nice. but there were no directions for assembly and it had many missing hardware peces that iha t og oto the store and pick up mysef. i told them and i was suposed to get a refund and i never got the refund.Customer Review: No issues for me!

I was a little worried with all the negative reviews but I had no issues. Sure it may wobble depending on the surface you place this on but it doesn't for me. The price was right for me but maybe it isn't for everyone else.
