I got 2 of these to replace the original which wouldn't hold enough charge to do even one room. The key I have found is to set up the charger on a wall timer, like you would use for xmas lights or such. Set the timer to be on for 15min a day or so. When you put a pack on the charger, set the time on the timer and turn it on so that it will turn off in 8-10hrs. This way the pack will charge, but not overcharge. For some reason the charger doesn't turn off when the pack is full, so it will destroy your packs if you don't do something like this.
