This vent mount would not work in my car. It falls out readily. Maybe if you have vents (louvers) that are not deep it might work. If your vents are deeper that an inch or so don't bother trying this.Customer Review: Don't waste time

Good in theory, poor in practice. Love the placement on the vent - very handy location, but plastic adjustable arms stretched apart over time and it would not stay securely "clipped" on the vent, flopping around with corners and bumps. Great product, I wish it was a little bit more solid on the vent, as when I try to remove the Nuvi from it the whole thing comes off the vent. Maybe my vents are too thin.Customer Review: Moslty very good

Useful, but just tricky enough to remove from vent to discourage frequent removal. Why would you want to? While attached, it's almost impossible to adjust the air vent. It's probably inconspicuous enough, compared to suction cup on windshield, that only a highly observant potential thief would notice it. Once attached, it feels flimsy, but it holds up fine. I bought this product so that I wouldn't have my line of site blocked by my GPS and have it shine back in my face at night. This product works well in my 09 Camry and I place it on the first vent to the right of the steering wheel. I permanently leave it attached to my GPS and just throw it in the glove box when I'm done. I have not had to deal with the suction rings left on my window anymore. The one problem that i have with this product and is really just a small pain in the butt is getting the mount right on the fins of the vent. I sometimes throw it on haphazardly when I drive without clipping it on and of course it falls off. If I spend the 3 seconds to put it on, it sticks well. I gave it a 4 on ease of use since sometimes I clip it to the vent and it still falls off (I can only see one part of it clip on the vent.) Removing it from the vent is really easy for me which is simply pulling it off. I do agree with one of the other reviews saying that it's not made for weak vents. I'm sure I'd probably break something with the way I throw it around. This is definitely great for what you ask of it and would buy it again if I was looking into a vent mount.
