Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Apple iPod nano 8 GB Silver (3rd Generation) OLD MODELCustomer Review: My 1st nano Summary: 5 Stars
I knew nothing about ipods until I was presented with my grown daughter's Christmas "wish list". The nano was at the top and I had to take a crash course (I actually pestered all the local retailers and eventually bought it from Amazon).
All I can say is that the feedback from my daughter if wonderful and I'm a hero. That's all I care about and will continue to listen to the am stations on my radios.

Customer Review: wrong product Summary: 1 Stars
We were told on the original listing this Ipod was new. What we received was a refurbished Ipod without the Apple logo. Very disappointed. When we went back on to Amazon to look at the product again the listing had changed to a new Ipod that ran $350 vs. the listed "new" ipod for $135. It was an older model so the low price was not a tip off it was not new.
Bait and switch.
Did receive refund w/o problem.
Customer Review: Ipod gift Summary: 5 Stars
I bought an 8 gB Ipod nano for my daughter for a present. She is very happy with it. This is her second Apple Ipod product and both have been good. What I am seeing is that Apple ensures that its products are easy to use, trouble-free, and work well with other systems. The software is intuitive and easy to learn. The convenience and stability is well-worth the small premium the products cost.
Customer Review: How 'bout a Charger, Apple? Summary: 3 Stars
I think it's a bit cheap of Apple not to include a wall outlet charger for the Nano. Like many who use the iPod primarily for commuting/exercising music, I don't make a practice of connecting my iPod to a computer everyday. This is especially true if I travel on vacation (sans computer).
People with older (pre-USB2) computers should also consider this problem before purchasing.
Customer Review: Excellent product Summary: 5 Stars
I have had my iPod now for a couple months. It has worked flawlessly as has iTunes. I considered most of the well-known MP3 players and settled on the iPod because of its continued popularity and, reported, ease of use and reliability. (So far, this has proven to be true.) Also, I happened to wait until the 3rd gen Nano came out with a significant drop in price from the 2nd gen.
