hi, i live in california, and i got an ipod nano. as i said in the title, it is almost to sleek. from my opinion, it is a very smart choice, however, it has very little memory, 8 gigs. if i wanted an ipod, i'd get the touch. i didn't get the touch because my dad thought it would be to complicated for me. so, although i wanted to get the touch, the nano is a great alternative. thanks steve jobbs!Apple iPod touch 16 GB without Software UpdatesCustomer Review: It's great, so...WHY?

I'm not sure why Ipod Nano is changing back to the elongated version, while more 'streamlined' it seems less handy. My family has 3 of these 3rd generation nanos and we love them!! Great for loads of music, movies and pics. My daughter is hardly ever without hers: when we're in the car, waiting in dr. offices, in her room getting ready for school...I expect my son will love this one, too! I asked him if he wanted one like his sister's and mine or the new one and he said, "Ew, who would want that funny shaped one?!?" We don't get it...Customer Review: Really Nice. I've had all 3 nano versions from the 1st to the 3rd (current) generation. This new nano is incredible. I mean 8 gigabytes for only $199 with high resolution video and new user interface. It's very bright, thin and weighs only 1.76 ounces. The screen is 2" which is small for viewing long periods of video but for short stretches like 30 minutes its great. Battery life is awesome too. Only small downside is that it doesn't fit into the small little blue jean pockets any more since its wider but who cares? Definately worth it.Customer Review: Not for those over 13

The fact that Apple does not include a charger is disappointing and the fact that it does not warn about it dismaying. Using it may be intuitive only for those under 13. In two ipods I bought, I inadvertently checked for Chinese language and I still did not figure out how to get back to English: the instructions on the Apple webpage are useless. The screen goes blank much too fast, before one can see what is what. I love the size and the music quality but I will think twice before I buy another Apple product.Customer Review: Love my Ipod nano

I received this ipod nano 8 MG as a xmas gift last year from my husband. It is the perfect size for storage of music and my spanish lessons for exercising too. It is light and easy to carry. With the price they are now, I purchased 2 of them for my mother and her friend to use during their exercise routines also. I did purchase the Classic 160 MB for my husband as he had over 400 CD's we have now consolidated to the Ipod Classic and now carry all our music as we travel and visit our vacation homes.
