I purchased two of these iPods for my two kids and we are all very happy with them. Free shipping, great price, no complaints here. I put a mix of music, video, and pics on each one and both are completely consumed by it. It appears to be so small, but I've watched some of the video on there and it is better than one would think. For kids or adults, great item to use when killing time...specially for trips in the vehicle. Why spend big bucks on a built in DVD system? These things don't require DVDs and each kid can watch their own show...worked out exactly as I had hoped.Customer Review: 4 Months 4 Displeasure

I got an Ipod for myself four months ago. My screen locked permanently after four months of use... I tried contacting apple but they were going to charge me nearly $30 for support. Why should I pay to hear someone tell me how to unlock the screen or even worse yet, "Go visit an outlet." Death to Apple customer service. I see Ralph Tresvant's album cover but hear no Ralph Tresvant! OH, DARN IT!
Of the product itself it is great, but if you are a miser like me hope it doesn't break down. Apple will charge you an arm and a leg for everything.

The ipod nano is everything it says it is. It is so small and cute, making it so easy to carry. This was my first apple product purchase, and I love it. The menus are easy to navigate, and it did not take long to get used to the click wheel.
I love amazon.com for selling this and so many other products at such a great price! With the free shipping, I was able to buy the ipod and a case for the same price as I would've paid for just the ipod at any other store.
The product shipped right away, and I had it within a few days.

If you're like me and always wanted an iPod, then this 8 GB nano delivers. The only setback would be the semi-regular crashes that occur. Within my first week of owning it, it crashed on me about 5 times. Since then, this has happened much less frequently, but it's still not exactly surprising when it does happen. The good news, crashes are easily fixed with a few simple button presses to restart and no data is lost. The bad news, it is a little inconvenient and sort of a buzz kill after all the good things I've heard about this convenient little guy.Customer Review: 8 mg Nano (3rd gen) - love it!!!!

I love my nano, it is so much fun, I loaded all my cds and take my music where ever I go... iTunes is fun, I can download a single song or an entire album, however, the 3rd generation need more games. The only thing that disturbs me is sometimes the nano will lock up for no apparent reason and I have to reset it. And I don't like how some settings change on their own. For example, I set the volume of my game to low and when I go to play it again, the volume is full blast. Otherwise, the nano is a blast and I would recommend one to anyone.
