This item came in a larger box with other items. Because of its small size, was nearly missed within all the other wrapping! Would have eventually found it with the packing slip! This has been a very good purchase. Small, really easy to use, great sound, etc. The only flaw i found is in the control wheel. Sometimes it's too sensitive and it will advance 2 positions instead of just one. Doesn't happen often, but i've picked it up. Nonetheless, it is an amazing product.Customer Review: Fast shipping.

The Nano that I received from Apple did have a glitch, though I had no problems exchanging it in the store. I love the size of the Nano, the screen and all of the other features. Love it, love it, love it! The shuffle feature is awesome. I'm always suprised by the songs that play, even though I loaded it! Hit the forward button to see what's next! The pre-loaded games are addictive and loads of fun. My only complaint is the lack of customization on the internal eq.
